SADHANA DIWAS 19TH NOVEMBER 2025

Tribute to MANANEEYA. EKNATH JI on his birthday anniversary 19th November. He was an Indian social activist. He played a crucial role in mobilizing national support for the construction of the Vivekananda Rock Memorial.




    The Annual Arts and Science Exhibition was held in the Vivekananda Kendra Zilla Parishad Vidayalaya on 19.11.25, commemorating the birth anniversary of Mananeeya Eknathji Ranade. The theme of the exhibition was ‘Innofusion where Science, Maths and Arts unite’. The theme inspired students to blend innovation with interdisciplinary learning and demonstrating how different subjects can come together to offer practical solutions, deeper understanding and creative expression.The event was graced by the presence of esteemed guests: Chief guest : Smti Sulochana, DEO, Diglipur Guest of Honour: Sri Pradip Das, Z/P member, DiglipurSpecial Guest: Shri P. Singaram, Pradhan, DiglipurShri Niranjan Howlader, Z/P member, SitanagarAll guests appreciated the spirit of innovation and congratulated the school for organising such an enriching programme. A total of 124 projects and Models were prepared and presented by the students. These includes: Science models demonstrating energy, environment, robotics, health and technology, Mathematics projects showcasing geometry, patterns and measurements. Social Science exhibits representing culture, heritage, geography and politics.
                              

 The exhibition received an overwhelming response from all the guests and visitors. A total of 678 parents and visitors attended the event, explored the exhibition rooms and appreciated students hard work, innovation and presentation skills.
    The day was a successful one. The enthusiasm of students, teachers and parents was unmatched. The exhibition not only motivated students to think creatively but also provided them a platform to express their talents, apply their concepts practically and gain confidence.



CHILDREN'S DAY CELEBRATION 2025


 Vivekananda Kendra Zilla Parishad Vidyalaya, R K Gram Diglipur celebrated Children's Day on 14th November 2025 to honor the legacy and birth anniversary of Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru. November 14th 25 marks the 125th birth anniversary. The program started with three Omkaras and Shanti Path and Ekka Mantra. The students presented dance, patriotic songs, devotional songs, speech etc. Through the various programs developed the children's creativity, provided a happy environment. The day emphasizes the children are the future and the world most valuable resources.A total of 542 students, 31 teaching and 06 non-teaching staff participated in the celebration to make the program successful.

150th Anniversary of Vande Mataram 2025

 150th Anniversary of Vande Mataram

Vivekananda Kendra Zilla Parishad Vidyalaya, Diglipur proudly celebrated the 150th Anniversary of Vande Mataram during the morning assembly. A total of 508 students, 24 teaching and 03 non- teaching staff participated in the celebration. The melodious version of Vande Mataram filled the campus with a patriotic spirit. It instilled a sense of patriotism and national pride in all of us. It is a reminder of our rich cultural heritage and the sacrifices made by our freedom fighters to make our India a free nation. It reminds us of our duty protect and defend our mother land.

UNIVERSAL BROTHRHOOD DAY 2025



" celebrating the commemoration of Swami Vivekananda famous speech delivered on 
September 11,1893 in Chicago to the celebrates  of the World Parliament of Religious"

Vivekananda Kendra Zilla Parishad Vidyalaya, R.K.Gram had the privilege of welcoming three dignitaries of Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya on 10.09.2025.

The visit was a moment of inspiration and learning for both students and teachers. Shri Venu Gopalji had meticulously examined the schools’s academic records and documentation and offered valuable suggestions for academic enrichment. He also discussed in detail about Holistic Development Report Card of all the different levels, and made teachers doubts clear regarding the same.


Sushri Varsha Didi reviewed the overall activities and co-curricular programs of the school, and appreciated the students’ enthusiasm and the staff’s commitment to holistic education.


Interactive sessions with the students :


Mananeeya Hanumanth Raoji had conducted two motivating session for students of classes X & XII.

*He spoke about nurturing ambition and setting meaningful goals of life.

*He highlighted the presence and utility of Science in our daily life, explained the concepts in detail, such as the travel of light and sound, the principles of Physics and the phenomenon of inertia, making complex ideas easy and exciting for the students.

*he inspired them to set ambitious life goals, drawing lessons from Dr A.P.J.Abdul Kalam’s journey and life.

There was a small cultural program organized by the school on the occasion of ‘Universal Brotherhood Day’ on 10.09.2025, consisted of lighting the lamp ceremony by the Chief Guest and many other special guests, following by speeches delivered by both student and teacher, devotional and folk dances, bhajan and patriotic songs, prize distribution of various competition conducted for inter and intra school and ended up by an encouraging and enthusiastic speech by Mananeeya Hanumanth Raoji.

Teacher’s Sessions:

In this session Shri Venugopal Sir discussed in detail about Holistic Development Report Card of all the different levels, and made teachers doubts clear regarding the same.

Later,  Mananeeya Hanumanth Raoji addressed the teachers in a separate session, emphasizing the transformative role of teachers in society. He spoke about how educators are not only knowledge givers but also nation-builders, shaping the characters and values of future generations. Teachers are called facilitators, who facilitate the young minds with knowledge and good thoughts.

The visit of these eminent dignitaries left an indelible mark on the school community, reinforcing the ideals of service, dedication and holistic education that Vivekananda Kendra embodies. The school expresses heartfelt gratitude for their guidance and inspiration.

TEACHERS' DAY CELEBRATION 2025


 Teacher's day celebrated on 5th September 2025 in the school. This day observed as Teachers' Day to honor the teacher, a revered philosopher and India's second President Sri. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan. This tradition began in 1962 when Radhakrishnan suggested his birthday be dedicated to celebrating teachers nationwide...

A teacher is nation builder who builds the young minds into a good citizens of the nation. Every year on this day, the teachers are the celebrity of the day for the students. On regard of their teachers, the students organised different cultural programmes to make the day special for the teachers.

In our school, the students organised different cultural programmes for the day. Students shared their wishes and love for the teachers with their handmade greetings, bouquets and with some heartful pleasant words to the teachers.

Ganesh Chaturthi celebrated on 27th August 25 . Puja was performed with 307 devotees including students, staff, parents, well-wishers and alumni. JANMASHTAMI CELEBRATION 2025

    Shri Krishna Janmashtami celebrated at Vivekananda Kendra Zilla Parishad Vidyalaya, Diglipur  on 16th August 25 from 9:30 am to 11:30 am.The program started with three Omkaras and Shanti Path followed by Shri Krishna bhajan, arti and a speech was delivered by Smti.Sarala Bairagi on the importance of the day. Dress up as Radha Krishna competition was conducted for the students from BV-II to std V. A total of 43 participants participated in the competition. 28 teaching 6 non-teaching and 36 parents witnessed such beautiful competition.  Many of the students recited shlokas from Srimad Bhagwat Gita and delivered dialogues  during the presentation. The program concluded with Shanti Mantra. Before departing the prasad was distributed among  the students and all other devotees.  The holy occasion of Shri Krishna Janmashtami was celebrated with great devotion and joy.



 

INDEPENDENCE DAY 2025


Vivekananda Kendra Zilla Parishad Vidyalaya Diglipur celebrated 79th Independence Day with great enthusiasm and patriotic feeling. The program started at 6:15 am with students and staff possession which promotes the national unity and spirit of freedom throughout the neighbouring areas. A total of 676 students, teaching and non-teaching staff participated. After the possession the students and staff gathered on the school ground for the flag hoisting. The National Flag was hoisted by Shri. Pradip Das Zilla Parishad Member Subhash Gram Constituency.

The flag was raised with the singing of the National Anthem. Students performed various cultural programs like speech, songs, dance, pyramid formation etc.  The chief guest addressed the gathering with an impressive and inspiring speech. The program concluded with the distribution of sweets to all students, guests and staff. The celebration created a very delightful atmosphere.

KENDRA VARGA WITH STUDENTS JULY, 2025


 Sanskar Varga was conducted on 28th July 2025 from 2:35 pm to 3:20 pm in school hall under the Guidance of Km. Kanchan Mondal and Km. Sriti rani Mondal with 16 students. It began with Chatting three Omkaras, Shanti path and Agyabhas led by Aarush lakra of class -VII and Yogabhyas led by Stuti das of class -VII. One game was played by the students " Sanga Chadhwam". After that nara was done. A patriotic song "Bhane hum rastra ke yogi" was sung , which was led by Tripti Sarkar of class -VII. A story was narrated. After this  avlokan was done , the Sanskar Varga concluded with Shanti path and Prarthana.

Sanskar Varga July 2025

 Sanskar Varga ‘ was conducted in Subashgram in one of our student’s home at 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm.Total 8 no of students of different age groups were presented for the purpose. 

‘Sanskar Varga’ began with ‘shanti mantra’ and ‘Ekya mantra’ and followed by agya abhyas and yoga abhyas. After that nara was practised followed by games. Two games were played by the participants, they were ‘Sanga chadhwam’ and ‘passing the bottle’. Thereafter, a song ‘Sadhna ka path Kathin hai’ from padawali, was sung. A story session was conducted. Afterwards avlokan was done, concluded by ‘sarve-vavntu’ and Prarthana.

KENDRA VARGA JULY FOURTH WEEK 2025

 Kendra Varga was conducted on 26th July 25 from 2:35 pm to 3: 20pm under the leadership of Smti Chapal Gosh with 28 teaching staff. It began with prayer and chanting three Omkaras, shanti Path and Ekka Mantra followed by Agyabhas led by Smti Chapal Gosh and Yogabhyas led by Shri. Subhajit Hazra. Two short games Sangachedda and Pyramid were played with the guidance of N. Ezhilarasi , Smti . Chapala Gosh and Smti. Supti Tikadar. Energetic patriotic Udghosh was given by all the participants.  A group song 'Rashtra Ki Jai Chetan' was sung, which was led by Shri Sashadhar Dakua.Gita sholokas was practised. After this Avalokan was there The whole session was engaging and meaningful. The session ended wi
th Shanti Path and Prarthana.

Kendra Varga was conducted on 19th July 25 from 2: 40 pm to 3:30 pm under the leadership of Smti.Nandita Dutta with 29 teachers.It began with the prayer and chanting three Omkaras, Shanti Path and Ekka Mantra followed by Yogabhyas. The Agya abhyas session was included which was led by Rinika Das. A short game 'Khadam' was played with the guidance of Smti. Sony. The patriotic Udghosh brings energy.A group song 'Sapath Lena To' was sung. Gita shloka 12 adhyaya was practised. After this Avalokan was there. The whole session was engaging and meaningful. The session ended with Shanti Mantra and Prarthana.

GURU PURNIMA CELEBRATION 2025


In the premises of Vivekananda Kendra Zilla Parishad Vidyalaya, R.K.Gram. Guru Purnima was celebrated on Aashadh Maah, tithi - Purnima, Paksha- Shukla Paksha.



    Guru Purnima is celebration to the honor of spiritual and academic guru, teacher and mentors. It is also know as Vyasa Purnima. On this day, the compiler of the great epic Mahabharata was born. On the day,  X and XII class toppers of CBSE Board Examination 2024 - 25 were invited to be felicitated. Many guests were invited on this auspicious occasion,  Sri. Sribash Das Adhyaksh Zilla Parishad , N & M Andaman, Sri Pradip Das, Zilla Parishad Member Subhash Gram, Sri Niranjan Howlader, Zilla Parishad Member Sita Nagar. Smti. Arpona Roy, Zilla Parishad Member Kishori Nagar, Sri Manoj Kumar Paul, Manoj Gain,, Smti. Payal Biswas and other dignitaries were invited to grace the day. The program began with welcoming all the guest with a bouquet, followed by lighting up the lamp along with Ekkya Mantra. Guru Vandana was sung by students of class VI and VII. A speech was delivered by the teacher, Srithi Rani Mondal and by a student Aashika Gayali of class X.


    The class toppers and subject toppers were felicitated by the honored guests with trophies. Toppers were requested to say a few words to inspire the students the students of the school. All the guests including the chief guest were requested to share some motivational words with the students.  All the guests expressed their deep contentment for this invitation of felicitation the toppers of the CBSE Board examination so that other students too get motivated. Also they had expressed their sincere gratitude for being invited and celebrated Guru Purnima in  the school premises. With the gesture of overwhelming of students, toppers, parents and the guests. A total of 348 students, 10 parents. 9 guests and all the staff of school witnessed the program.

KENDRA VARHGA JULY SECOND WEEK 2025

  Kendra Varga conducted on 11th July 2025 at 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm in the school hall under the leadership of Sri Swapan Kumar Mistry sir. A total of 27 teachers participated in the Kendra Varga. It began with prayer and chanting of three Omkara, shanti Path and Ekka Mantra. Agya abhyas, Yogabhyas, patriotic Naras, man-gun-monkey game was played which helped to develop concentration.A group song was sung and a swadhyay session was conducted. The session ended with Avalokan, Shanti Path and Prarthana. Overall the session was very meaningful.

MATRU PUJA 2025

 

Matru Puja was celebrated with great devotion and reverence in our school premises on 7th February. The Puja ceremony was conducted with the students of class 10th and 12th worshiping their mothers, acknowledging their crucial role in their growth and development. After the puja, the students were handed their exam hall admit cards. The entire event aimed to glorify the importance of mothers in shaping the academic and personal lives of students.


SARASWATI PUJA 2025

Saraswati Puja was celebrated with great devotion and enthusiasm on 3rd February 2023 in our school premises.

The idol of Goddess Saraswati was brought to the school, followed by prayers and offerings that created a serene and spiritual atmosphere. As per tradition, young children under the guidance of the priest, wrote for the first time with chalk on the slate, marking an auspicious beginning in their educational journey. After this, prasad was distributed among all present, which was received with gratitude and joy. The event culminated with the Sandhya Aarti, where everyone gathered together to offer their final prayers to Goddess Saraswati.

76TH REPUBLIC DAY 2024

  On January 26, 2025, VIVEKANANDA KENDRA ZILLA PARISHAD VIDYALAYA, R.K.GRAM celebrated Republic Day with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervor. The celebration started with the rally of the students by holding our national flags in their hands. Shri. Manimohan Hira, unfurled  Indian national flag amidst the singing of the national anthem by the entire school assembly. 

The celebration included a variety of programs showcasing the rich and diverse heritage of India. Students presented patriotic songs and speeches on this auspicious day. The celebrations fostered a sense of national pride and unity among the students. It was a memorable occasion that instilled in them the values of democracy, freedom, and responsibility.

VIVEKANANDA JAYANTI CELEBRATION 2025


 On 12th January 2025, VIVEKANANDA KENDRA ZILLA PARISHAD VIDYALAYA,

R.K.GRAM, DIGLIPUR celebrated the 162nd birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda and National Youth Day as Annual Day. 

The event was graced by our esteemed Guest of Honour Smti. Sulochana, DEO, Diglipur, N&M Andaman, Shri. Pradip Das, Zilla Parishad Member, Subashg ram Constituency, Shri. P.R.Singaram, Pradhan, Gram Panchayat Subashgram, Diglipur and all the special guests.

The celebration began with the lightning of lamp by the guest of honours followed by school prayer. The celebration commenced with a warm welcome address by  Shri. Manimohan Hira, Principal, Vivekananda Kendra Zilla Parishad Vidyalaya, R.K.Gram, Diglipur.

The school ground transformed into a vibrant spectacle as students, parents, teachers and esteemed guests gathered to witness a dazzling array of performances. Our talented students presented various performances, including songs, dances, speeches and skits based on Swami Vivekananda’s teachings. A yoga demonstration by the students was a special highlight showcasing their teamwork.


On this day our school has felicitated the winners of various competitions that was organised throughout the session, the prizes were handed over to the winners by the guests of honour and the special guests. A momento was presented to the hon'ble guests of honour by our principal.

The celebration served as a reminder of Swami Vivekananda's inspiring message to self-belief, service to humanity and the pursuit of knowledge, values that VIVEKANANDA KENDRA ZILLA PARISHAD VIDYALAYA, R.K.GRAM, DIGLIPUR tries to instill in its students.

The celebration concluded with a vote of thanks followed by the chanting of Shanti Mantra.

On 9 January 2025, school conducted 17th Annual Athletic Meet 2024 -25. Annual Athletic Meet 2024 -25 opened by Smti. Sulochana DEO, Diglipur, N & M Andaman with our honorable guests. Students of the school were participated in the games with full of energy and with sports spirit.
